摘 要:针对煤矿开采过程中的高温热害,提出了利用阻热材料隔断热源的方法。将新型保温阻热材料与混凝土进行配比,得到保温阻热混凝土。研究表明:深井巷道围岩保温阻热材料可显著提高巷道的阻热效果,保温阻热混凝土的抗压强度在14.7~26.7 MPa,符合巷道喷射混凝土构件的承重要求,平均导热系数为0.276 35 W/(m·K),达到了深井巷道的隔热要求。In view of the high temperature heat using the heat resisting material to cut off the damage in the process of coal mining, the method of heat source is put forward. The new heat insulation resistance material and concrete are used to obtain the heat insulation resistance concrete. Research shows that: the deep roadway road insulation thermal barrier materials can significantly improve the heat resistance effect of roadway. The compressive strength of the concrete heat insulation resistance is between 14.7-26.7 MPa, which has meet the injection requirements of concrete roadway bearing. The average thermal conductivity is 0.27635 W/(m·K),which has reached the deep tunnel insulation requirements.
