摘 要:针对磁西一号矿井高应力、高瓦斯条件下的突出问题,在参考国内防突先进经验及本矿井具体条件的基础上提出了钻孔预抽、开采保护层和二者综合运用等3种区域防突方案,综合安全性、经济性、防突效果、投产时间及工程量等因素,论证分析得出方案1更为合理,并计算确定了抽采参数和制定了其他一些防突措施,现场应用效果显著,有效地消除了煤与瓦斯突出的危险性。For Cixi No.1 mine under the condition of high stress, gas outstanding problems, in reference to the domestic advanced experience of the outburst prevention and proposed on the basis of specific conditions in the mine mining protective layer drilling drainage, and the integrated use of outburst prevention solutions of three kinds of area. Integrated security, economy, the outburst prevention effect, the production time and quantities, demonstration analysis scheme is more reasonable, and calculate and determine the extraction parameters and some other outburst prevention measures,field application effect is remarkable,effectively eliminate the risk of coal and gas outburst. Will be for the selection of other similar mine outburst prevention measures to provide certain reference significance.
