摘 要:针对传统煤矿提升机模拟控制调速系统硬件设备复杂、控制精度差和可靠性低等问题,设计了一种微机数字控制的矿用提升机调速系统。该系统运用ARM处理器作为核心控制设备,代替模拟电子线路控制中的速度电流调节器和触发器,实现了调速系统的双闭环数字控制。设计了主程序和中断子程序,实现调速系统的数字控制算法。Aiming at the problems of complex hardware equipment, low control precision and low reliability of speed control system with analog control for traditional coal mine hoist, a speed control system of mine hoist based on microcomputer digital control is designed. The system uses ARM processor as the core control equipment, it replaces the speed current regulator and trigger in analog electronic circuit control and the double closed loop digital control of the speed regula realized. The main program and interrupt subroutine are designed, which realizes the algorithm of the speed control system.
