聚乙烯微孔板的流化特性及分选试验研究

摘  要:对聚乙烯微孔板作为空气重介质流化床的气体分布器进行试验研究。研究了不同厚度和不同微孔直径的聚乙烯微孔板作为气体分布器的压降特性和流化特性,并对13~6 mm粒级煤样进行了分选试验。发现孔径最小5~10μm、厚度最大20 mm的微孔板作为分布器的流化稳定性最高,数量效率达到92.65%。Polyethylene micro-orifice plates as the gas distributor of air-dense medium fluidized bed were studied. Have studied polyethylene micro-orifice plates pressure drop characteristic and fluidization characteristic gas distributor in different thickness and pore diameter conditions. And graded to 13 - 6 mm coal sample separation experiment was carried out. It was observed that pore size 5-10 μm microns and minimum thickness 20 mm largest micropore board as a distributor of the highest stability of fluidization, separation effect is best, the number of efficiency reached 92.65%.
