摘 要:目的了解2013-2015年重庆市食品及公共场所从业人员甲肝、戊肝感染情况,探寻丙氨酸氨基转移酶与甲肝和戊肝的相关性,从而为预防与控制相关传染病的发生、为卫生监督提供参考依据。方法用赖氏法和速率法检查血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测甲型肝炎病毒IgM抗体(HAV-lgM)、戊型肝炎病毒IgM抗体(HEVlgM),收集2013-2015年从业人员的体检结果进行统计分析。结果 2013-2015年重庆市食品和公共场所从业人员体检共103 301人,阳性259人,总体阳性率为2.5‰;其中检出ALT异常70人,阳性率为0.68‰;检出抗HAV-IgM阳性70人,阳性率为0.68‰;检出抗HEV-IgM阳性120人,阳性率1.16‰。结论从业人员人群中丙氨酸氨基转移酶与甲肝、戊肝为非正相关关系;本区甲肝戊肝感染率呈逐年下升的趋势,说明随着体检的逐步深入,管理力度的逐渐加大,从业人员的健康状况在逐渐改善。但戊肝感染率远高于甲肝,还需要继续加强人群健康教育,加强疫苗的宣传和普及,注意食品卫生,从源头上控制甲肝、戊肝的传播和流行。ObjectiveTo investigate the hepatitis A virus (HAV) and hepatitis E virus (HEV) infection status in the employees working in food and public place from 2013 to 2015 in Chongqing, explore the correlation of alanine aminotransferase with the HAV and HEV , and provide evidences for disease prevention and hygiene su- pervision. MethodsContinuo- us- monitoring assay and Reitman -Frankel method were used to detect ala- nine aminotransferase, the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect viral hepatitis type A IgM ( HAV - IgM) and viral hepatitis type E IgM ( HEV - IgM), the physical examination data of the employees during 2013 to 2015 were collected and analyzed. ResultsThere were 103 301 employees investigated in the food and public place from 2013 to 2015 in Chongqing, in which were 259 positive cases (2.5%e) and 70 case with abnormal ALT (0.68%0). There were 70 anti - HAV IgM positive cases (0. 68%0), 120 anti - HEV IgM positive cases (1.16%o). CondusionThe relationship between alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and Hepatitis A and E was not positive correlation; the infection rate of HAV and HEV showed an decreasing trend year by year in Chongqing. It showed health status of employees became better than before. But HEV infection rate was much higher than HAV, it showed the prevention measures such as health education , advertisement and food supervision should be strengthened to control the HAV and HEV.
