摘　　要：介绍了硅酸钙生物活性水泥的研究进展、制备方法,重点介绍了硅酸钙生物活性水泥的生物学性及其对应机理,液态硅酸钙水泥(hydraulic calcium silicate cements,HCSCs)在临床应用方面的研究进展,指出了硅酸钙生物活性水泥在牙本质矿化、活髓及骨再生和修复上发挥着不可替代的作用。The research progress and preparation methods of calcium silicate bioactive cements are introduced in this paper. The biological properties and corresponding mechanisms of calcium silicate bioactive cements,the research progresson hydraulic calcium silicate cements（ HCSCs） in clinical application are mainly discussed. Then this paper points out that calcium silicate bioactive cements play an irreplaceable role in the treatment of dentin mineralization and regeneration and repairing of vital pulp therapy and bone.
