摘  要:运用Aspen Plus软件,对某公司45万t/a醋酸乙烯精馏装置进行了流程模拟,模拟结果与实际值吻合良好。在此基础上,分别对粗分塔、醋酸乙烯精馏塔、醋酸精馏塔的工艺参数进行了优化,确定了优化后的工艺参数:粗分塔的回流比为1.2,醋酸乙烯精馏塔塔顶循环回流比为4.0,侧线采出位置为第30块塔板,侧线采出量为57 000 kg/h,醋酸精馏塔共沸剂工艺水的进料量为5 500 kg/h。通过工艺参数优化,不仅醋酸乙烯产品的质量分数达到99.964%,而且使粗分塔、醋酸乙烯精馏塔和醋酸精馏塔的总能耗降低8.43%。The process simulation of 450 000 t/a vinyl acetate distillation device in a company is carried out by using Aspen Plus simulation software and the simulation results agree well with actual value. On the basis,the process parameters of coarse tower,vinyl acetate distillation tower and acetic acid distillation tower are optimized respectively.The optimal results are listed as follows: the reflux ratio is 1. 2 in coarse tower,the top circulation reflux ratio in vinyl acetate distillation tower is 4. 0,the best side line production positionin vinyl acetate distillation tower is at the 30 thplate and the quantity production of side line is 57 000 kg/h,and the input quantity of process water is 5 500 kg/h in acetic acid distillation tower. After optimization of process parameters,the purity of vinyl acetate reaches 99. 964% and the total energy consumption of coarse tower,vinyl acetate distillation tower and acetic acid distillation tower is decreased by 8. 43%.
