原始疹发点刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察原始疹发点刺络拔罐法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床治疗效果。方法收集2016年1月至6月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属二院门诊的PHN患者22例,男性13例,女性9例;年龄63~85岁,平均(70.90±6.42)岁,病程1个月至3年。采用原始疹发点刺络拔罐法治疗,分别在治疗前、治疗10 d末及治疗20 d末进行视觉模拟评分(VAS)、睡眠质量评分(QS)及综合评估患者的治疗效果。采用单因素方差分析比较治疗前、治疗10 d末及治疗20 d末VAS评分和QS评分的差异,组内两两比较采用LSD-t检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 22例患者经治疗后显效12例,有效10例,无效0例,总有效率为100%(22/22)。患者经治疗10 d末和20 d末VAS评分均较治疗前有明显下降,而QS评分较治疗前评分则明显升高,且差异有统计学意义(F值分别为66.521,31.008,P均<0.05)。患者治疗10 d末和20 d末比较,VAS及QS评分的差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为14.046、18.361,P均<0.05)。结论原始疹发点刺络拔罐治疗PHN疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of original rash point stab winding cupping method on neneuralgia after herpes zoster. Methods Twenty - two patients with herpes zoster were collected in the outpatient department of second affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from January to June 2016. 13 cases of male, female 9 cases, aged 63 to 85, the average （70.90± 6.42） years of age, course of 1 month to 3 years. Patients were treated with the original hair rash prick cupping. Data of visual analogue scale （VAS）, sleep quality score （QS） and comprehensive assessment of the treatment effect were recorded and compared before treatment, 10 d in the treatment and 20 d after treatment in patients. Single factor analysis of variance was used to compare the differences of VAS score and QS score in three time points. LSD - t test was used to compare the differences between groups. Statistically signi cance was assumed at P 〈 0.05. Results After treatment, there were 12 patients with markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 0 case invalid. The total effective rate was 100% （22/22）. The VAS scores were significantly decreased at the 10 d and 20 d after treatment than those before treatment. The score of QS was significantly increased after treatment than that before treatment （ F = 66. 521, 31. 008, all P 〈 0.05）. There were significant differences in VAS and QS scores at 10 d and 20 d after treatment （ t = 14.046, 18. 361, all P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The original rash point stab winding cupping therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on neuralgia after herpes zoster, which is worth promoting.
