摘　　要：目的:评估分析上海市2011年度国家临床重点专科建设现状,为下一轮重点专科建设提供参考和建议。方法:开展自我评估结合专家评估,采取百分制进行评分并对各重点专科提供的数据进行统计分析。结果:建设期间,重点专科建设成效显著。36个重点专科临床诊疗能力提升,以门急诊人次数为例,建设后增长了47.3%,并有195项新技术应用于临床。在科研及人才培养方面,重点专科共计发表论文5 505篇,其中SCI2 242篇;获得省部级及以上研究基金、课题850项,专利成果160项;培养研究生以上学历人才744名,有308人前往国外进修学习。建设期间,重点专科共计举办各类学术会议150次,举办国家级继续教育学习班420项次,接受专科进修人员1 069人次。结论:临床重点专科建设推动了学科发展,提升了医疗服务水平。Objective： To evaluate and analyze the current situation of the 2011 national clinical specialty construction in Shanghai, and to provide reference and advice for the next round of construction. Methods： Self-evaluation and expert evaluation were constructed. A percentile system for scoring was used and the data of clinical specialty were statistically analyzed. Results： These projects had remarkable results. The clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the 36 projects was improved during the construction. For example, the number of out patients and emergency department visits increased by 47.3%. There were 195 new technologies applied in clinical practice. In terms of scientific research and personnel training, 5 505 papers were published, including 2 242 SCI papers. There were 850 research funds or subjects at provincial level and above and 160 patent achievements. A total of 744 people had graduate degree or above, 308 people went abroad for further study. During the construction, there were 150 various academic conferences, 420 national continuina, education classes, and 1 069 people received specialist training. Conclusion： Clinical specialty construction has promoted subject development and medical service level.
