当前农村群众精神文化生活现状的调查及思考——基于桂南三个村庄的调查

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展和农村生产生活方式的转变,农民的精神文化生活也正相应地发生着变化。通过对桂南三个村庄的调查,发现当前农村群众精神文化生活有了极大改善,但仍然存在阅读不受重视、文化娱乐场所缺乏、集体文化活动少、部分文化活动缺乏吸引力等问题,需要从加强农村公共文化服务体系建设、完善农村文化基础设施、激发农民阅读积极性、创新农村文化活动开展形式、培育农村公共文化人物等方面入手,不断加强农村精神文明建设,提升农村群众精神文化生活水平。With the development of economyand society and the change of production and life style in rural area, the spiritual and cultural life of peasants is changing accordingly. Through the investigation of the three viUages in southern Guangxi, it is found that the spiritual and cultural life of the rural masses has been greatly improved. But there are still a lot of problems, such as reading is not valued, lack of cultural and recreational places,less collective cultural activities and some cultural activities lack of attraction. The authors put forward some coun- termeasures to improve the spiritual and cultural life of the rural people, which it is necessary to strengthen the rural public cultural service system construction, improve the rural cultural grass-roots facilities, enhance the rural cultural service supply mechanism, stimulate the en- thusiasm of farmers to read, innovate the form of rural cultural activities, and cultivate rural public cultural figures.
