摘　　要：目的探讨射频识别(RFID)技术在手术室人员设备信息智能化管理中的应用及其临床价值。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月我院接受手术治疗的患者266例作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中130例患者在手术过程的人员设备信息等均采取传统人工管理,将其设定为对照组;136例患者在手术过程的人员设备信息等均采取RFID技术进行管理,将其设定为观察组,比较两组手术人员、物品以及设备等管理情况。结果观察组择期手术开台准时率、手术安全核查执行率以及术者到达手术室准时率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组物品定位准确率、物品准备正确率、设备完好率、敷料周转率以及设备使用时间统计率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一次性耗材过期失效率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室人员设备信息智能化管理中应用RFID技术,可使手术室工作效率有效提高,使手术室失误得以有效避免或减少。Objective To explore the application of radio frequency identification （RFID） technology in intelligent management of personnel information in operating room and its clinical value. Methods A total of 266 cases of patients who underwent surgical treatment from January 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 130 cases of patients were treated with traditional manual management. It was set up as the control group, 136 patients in the surgical process of personnel equipment information and so on to take RFID technology management, set it as observation group, to compare two groups of surgical personnel, items, and equipment management. Results The rate of scheduled operation was significantly higher in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. The accuracy of the items in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The failure rate of disposable supplies in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of RFID technology in the intelligent management of personnel information in the operating room can effectively improve the working efficiency of the operating room, so that the operating room errors can be effectively avoided or reduced.
