摘　　要：目的探讨他汀类与心血管药物配伍疗效及安全性。方法选取86例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例患者。对照组实施常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上联合辛伐他丁治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组患者的血药浓度-时间曲线下面积(AUC)以及药峰浓度(C_(max))两项配伍指标上均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论他汀类药物与心血管药物配伍的安全性较高,但必须严格观察药代动力学变化,避免出现不良反应。Objective To study the efficacy of statins and cardiovascular drug compatibility and security. Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected and were divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Control group implement routine drug treatment, observation group based on the joint simvastatin treatment, to observe the therapeutic effects in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group and observation group in the area under the blood drug concentration- time curve （AUC） and peak concentration （Cmax） on the compatibility of two indexes were higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of no serious adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion Statins and cardiovascular drug compatibility of security is higher, but must strictly observe pharmacokinetic changes, avoid adverse reactions.
