复方血栓通胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠bFGF的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方血栓通胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤后大鼠脑组织碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)表达的影响。方法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,于梗塞前和再灌注前5 min灌胃给药,于再灌注后3d行神经功能缺损评分,采用免疫组织化学法检测大鼠缺血区脑组织b FGF表达情况,TTC染色检测脑梗死体积。结果与缺血再灌注组相比,复方血栓通胶囊治疗组大鼠脑组织b FGF的表达升高(P<0.05);大鼠神经功能缺损评分及脑梗塞体积减少(P<0.05)。结论 b FGF是脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护性因子,复方血栓通胶囊促进缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织中b FGF的表达而发挥脑保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of compound Xueshuantong capsule on the expression of bFGF in the brain after focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The establishment of rat cerebral ischemia reperfusion model in pre infarction and reperfusion 5 min before intragastric administration, 3 d after reperfusion, the neurological deficit score, immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of brain tissue in ischemic area of rats bFGF, TTC staining to detect the infarct volume. Results Compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group, the expression ofbFGF was increased significantly in compound Xueshuantong treatment group （P 〈 0.05）. The infarct size and the scores of neurological deficit in Xueshuantong capsule treatment group were decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion bFGF is a protective factor in cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, Xueshuantong capsule could protect the brain injury through increasing the expression of bFGF in brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischema reperfuson.
