摘　　要：目的建立规范俯卧位通气的操作流程,提高俯卧位通气的效果,保证俯卧位通气治疗的安全进行,防止不良事件发生。方法制定规范化流程,在操作前准确评估患者,准备用物,操作中医护人员按照流程,站于各自职能位,各司其职,操作后密切监测病情及评估预期效果。结果医护人员按流程行俯卧位通气,各司其职,无不良事件发生。结论俯卧位通气需要训练有素的医护人员来实施和维护,实施前要制定严格的条例以保证患者的安全。Objective To establish the operation process of standard prone position ventilation, improve the effect of prone position ventilation, ensure the safety of prone ventilation and prevent adverse events. Methods Standardized procedures were developed, patients were accurate assessed before operation, related instruments were ready, medical personnel perform their duties in accordance with their respective functions. After the operation, the disease was closely monitored and the expectations effect was assessed. Results The prone position ventilation was conducted according to the procedure, and there were no adverse events. Coneluslon The implementation of precautions prone ventilation should be implemented and maintained by trained medical staff, and strict regulations should be made before implement to ensure the safety of patients.
