摘 要:超声波液位开关利用超声波发射、接收换能器之间介质变化时引起声阻抗变化的原理来进行液位的监测。和其它液位开关相比,超声波液位开关的液位测试只与被测介质的声阻抗参数有关,与介质的粘度无关。因此,克服了其它液位开关受介质粘度影响的缺点,产品可广泛应用于石油、化工、食品、饮料等行业。The change of medium between ultrasonic transmitting and receiving transducer leads to the change of the acoustic impedance,and ultrasonic liquid level switch uses the principle for liquid level monitoring.Compared to other liquid level switches,level test of ultrasonic liquid level switch is only related to the acoustic impedance parameters of the measured medium,which has nothing to do with the viscosity of the medium.The ultrasonic liquid level switch overcomes the shortcomings that other liquid level switches are affected by the medium viscosity,and these products have been widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,food,beverage and other industries.
