摘　　要：目的建立骨痹息痛巴布膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对其中的青风藤和延胡索等药材进行了鉴别,高效液相色谱法对其中的盐酸巴马汀进行含量测定。色谱柱:Inert Sustain C_(18)(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(30∶70);检测波长:345 nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1 m L·min^(-1)。结果制定了骨痹息痛巴布膏中青风藤和延胡索等药材的薄层鉴别方法和盐酸巴马汀的含量测定方法。结论该分析方法简便可靠、重现性好,基本可控制骨痹息痛巴布膏的质量。Objective To establish the quality standard of Gubixitong Babu Plaster. Methods TLC was adopted to identify the medicinal materials of Sinomenii Caulis and Corydalis in Gubixitong Babu Plaster. HPLC was applied to determinate the content of palmatine hydrochloride in Gubixitong Babu Plaster. The Inert Sustain C18（ 5 μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm） was adopted with the Mobile Phase of acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid solution（ 30∶ 70）. The detection wavelength was set at 345 nm with a column tempetature of 30 ℃ and a flow rate of 1 m L·min-1. Results TLC of identifying the medicinal materials of Sinomenii Caulis and Corydalis and HPLC of determining the content of palmatine hydrochloride in Gubixitong Babu Plaster were formulated. Conclusions The method is simple,reliable and reproducible for the quality control of Gubixitong Babu Plaster.
