摘  要:传统的接触式测量方法已经很难满足日益发展的地面结构热强度试验对高温应变测量的需求。対比分析了几种非接触测量技术最终选择数字图像相关法进行了高温应变测量原理性试验研究。利用数字图像相关法测量了1200℃高温环境下金属蜂窝板的高温应变。试验结果表明接触法测量高温应变是可行的。未来将在高温应变性能鉴定机上进行试验,检测数字图像相关法的高温应变测量精度并进一歩分析非接触测量在结构热强度试验中的应用前景。Traditional contract metrology was hard to meet requirements as the standard of thermal deformation measurement was being higher inthermal strength test.Several non-contract optical metrologies were compared in this paper.Then the digital image correlation metrology was chosen for the research experiment of non-contract metrology for deformation measurement at 1200 ℃.The experiment showed the measured value was close to the real strain.The further research would be done in the following steps to improve the accuracy of digital image correlation metrology and estimate the application prospect of this metrology in thermal strength test.
