摘　　要：目的探索医院获得性肺炎(HAP)相关蛋白飞行质谱的表达特点。方法方便选择2014年7月—2015年6月期间于福建省福州肺科医院接受血清蛋白质飞行图谱检测的HAP(细菌性)患者58例与健康者31名作为研究对象,进行血清蛋白飞行质谱检测,分析其相关蛋白峰值并进行统计学处理。结果对58例HAP(细菌性)患者与31名健康者的血清蛋白飞行质谱数据进行比较,发现有4个蛋白峰(3 336.53、3 415.60、4 651.22、6 118.62 M/Z),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。由此4个差异蛋白峰构成的诊断模型判别HAP的总有效率为98.88%(88/89),特异度为100.00%(31/31)、灵敏度为98.28%(57/58)、阳性预测值为100.00%(57/57)、阴性预测值为96.88%(31/32)。结论蛋白飞行质谱技术具有方法简便、检测快速,标本用量少等优点。该方法在HAP早期诊断方面具有一定价值,可能成为HAP早期诊断的辅助指标,值得进一步研究。] Objective To explore th e ex p res sion fe atures of nosocomial p neum o nia re la ted pro teins fl ight mass spectrometry expression. Methods 58 c a se s of HAP p a t ien ts re ce iv in g th e serum p ro teins flight mass spectrometry in our h ospi tal from July 2014 to June 2015 and 31 cases of healthy persons were convenient selected as the research objects and tes ted by the serum proteins fl ight mass spectrometry, and the related protein peak value was analyze and s tat is t ical ly processed. Results 4 protein peaks were found （3 336.53,3 415.60,4 651.22,6 118.62 M/Z）, and the difference had stat ist ical signif icance （P〈 0.01）, and the effective rate, specif ici ty degree, sensit ivity degree, positive and negative predictive values were respectively 98.88%（88/89）, 100.00%（31/31） , 98.28%（57/58） , 100.00%（57/57） and 96.88%（31/32）. Conclusion The p ro teins flight mass spectrometry technology is s imple and the rapid, which is of a cer tain value in the HAP early diagnos is , which can by the auxiliary index of HAP early diagnos is , and it is worth fur ther research.
