摘　　要：目的分析乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原阳性检验价值。方法便利选取2014年8月—2016年8月于济南市传染病医院诊治的108例乙型肝炎患者临床资料,均采集静脉血检验,观察不同HBV血清标志物检查结果。结果在不同HBV血清标志物中,HBeAg阳性血清的Pre S1-Ag阳性率77.08%、HBV-DNA阳性率89.58%,HBeAg阴性血清的Pre S1-Ag阳性率41.67%、HBV-DNA阳性率48.33%。不同HBV-DNA载量的Pre S1-Ag阳性率均比HBeAg的高(P<0.05)。结论在乙肝病毒复制标志物中,乙肝病毒前S1抗原的敏感性高,其阳性率随HBV-DNA载量增加,帮助HBV感染的诊治及病判断,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze th e HBV p re S 1 -Ag p ositive te s t value. Methods C onvenient s ele ct ion 108 cases of p a -tients from Jinan Infect ious Disease Hospital with hepat i t is B treated in our hospi tal from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and the vein blood was tes ted and the examination results of different HBV serum markers were observed. Results The positive rate of PreS1-Ag in HBeAg positive serum, HBV-DNA positive rate, PreS1-Ag in HBeAg negative serum and HBV-DNA was respectively 77.08%, 89.58%, 41.67% and 48.33%, the PreS1-Ag positive rate of different HBV-DNA ca-paci t ies was higher than that of HBeAg（P〈0.05） . Conclusion In th e H ep at itis B virus copying m a rk e rs , th e sensit ivity of Pre-S1 antigen of hepat i t is B virus is high, and with the increase of HBV-DNA capaci ty, the positive rate increases, which helps the diagnosis and treatment of HBV infect ion and disease judgment , and it is worth promotion and applicat ion.
