彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在甲状腺乳头状癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法方便选取2014年3月—2016年3月期间来该院就诊经手术病理证实的甲状腺乳头状癌患者(观察组)及甲状腺良性肿瘤患者(对照组)各108例为研究对象,全部给予彩色多普勒超声检查,并对图像特征进行分析。结果观察组的诊断准确率为90.74%,声像图表现为以Ⅲ型血流信号为主占70.37%,而对照组以Ⅱ型血流信号为主占69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断准确性高,可以为临床早期诊断及治疗提供重要证据。Objective To d iscu ss th e c l in ic a l ap p l ic a t io n v alue of color Doppler u ltra so u n d in th e diagnosis of th e thyroid papi l lary c a rc in oma. Methods Convenient s ele ct ion 216 cases of p a t ien ts with thyroid p ap i l la ry ca rc in om a and p a t ien ts with benign tumor of thyroid proved by th e o perat ive pathology in our h ospi tal from March 2014 to March 2016 were sele cted and divided into th e observa tion group and th e control group, an d a l l p a tien ts were examined by th e color Dop p ler u l t r a-sound, an d th e image fe atures were an a ly z ed. Results T he d iagnosis a c cu ra cy ra te in th e observa tion group was 90.74%, the sonographic a p p e a ran c e was mostly in 芋 flow s ig n a ls, ac co u n t in g for 70.37%, and th e sonographic a p p e a ran c e was mostly in 域 flow signals in th e control g ro u p, ac co u nt in g for 69.44%, and th e d ifferences h ad s ta t is t ic a l s ig n if ic a n c e（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis a c cu ra cy ra te of color Doppler u ltra so u n d in th e d iagnosis of th e thyroid p ap i l la ry c a rc in om a is high, which can b e u sed as an imp o rtant bas is for th e c l in ic a l early diagnosis tre a tm en t.
