摘 要:水泥中掺入超细粉煤灰和水玻璃,与水泥组成成分发生水化物反应,促使水泥浆材强度发展;同时粉煤灰还保持了水泥活性,易于流动。针对水泥浆材在充填工程中的应用,采用正交试验研究了不同养护龄期下超细粉煤灰掺量、水玻璃掺量及水灰比3个因素对水泥浆材的抗压强度影响。分析了各因素之间差异,根据功效系数,判断出最佳配制方案。试验结果表明,超细粉煤灰的掺量对砂浆的强度影响不大,但可以改善水泥砂浆的流动性和黏聚性;水玻璃的含量对强度的影响要优于超细粉煤灰;一定条件下,水灰比越小,水泥浆液强度越高。研究成果可于注浆工程中广泛应用。The hydration reaction with cement composition, cement mixed with ultra-fine fly ash and water glass can promote the strength of cement grouting materials. Ultra-fine fly ash can also keep the cemenfs activity and mobility. Considering the application of the cement grouting materials in filling engineering, this essay searched the impacts of three factions mixed volume of the ultra-fine fly ash, the water glass,and the water cement ration com-pression strength of the cement grouting materials under different curing ages by orthogonal test. The differences be-tween these factors also was analyzed. According to the efficacy coefficient, the best proportion was picked up. The result of the experiment indicated that the influence of ultra-fine fly ash to the compressive strength is not very bigwhile the influence of the content of water glass is superior to ultra-fine fly ash, but it can improve the mobility andcohesiveness of cement mortar. In some certain conditions, the smaller of the water cement ratio, the more strength of the cement mortar. The research result can be widely used in the engineering of grouting.
