摘 要:针对钻柱共振导致的钻具疲劳失效问题,以西南地区某水平井直井段钻柱为研究对象,采用流体数值计算软件,建立了钻柱内、外壁压力关于井深的函数。基于动力学理论,考虑钻柱内、外不同密度钻井液与钻柱耦合作用,通过有限元软件进行了水平井直井段钻柱横向振动分析,研究了钻铤长度和减震器安装位置对钻柱横向振动固有频率的影响规律,指出钻柱长度一定时,钻铤越长,钻柱横向振动的固有频率越大;安装减震器时,减震器安装位置与钻头距离增加,钻柱横向振动的各阶固有频率增大。研究结果可为水平井施工提供一定的指导。For the drill string fatigue failure caused by drill string resonance, taking the drill string in the ver-tical section of a horizontal well in the southwest of China as study object, the inner and outer pressure of the drill string as the function of well depth has been established by using the fluid numerical software. Based on the dynam-ic theory, considering the coupling effect of different density drilling fluid inside and outside the drill string, the transverse vibration of drill string in the vertical section of horizontal well has been analyzed by finite element soft-ware. The influences of drill collar length and shock absorber installation position on the natural frequency of drill string transverse vibration have been studied. The results show that, with the given drill string length, the longer the drill collar is, the larger the natural frequency of the transverse vibration of the drill string is. While installing shock absorber, each order of natural frequency of transverse vibration of the drill string increases with the distance of the shock absorber installation from the drill bit. The study results could provide guidance for horizontal well operation.
