摘 要:为掌握深水油气井测试过程中管柱的受力和变化规律,在分析深水油气井测试管柱结构特点的基础上,从管柱材质、尺寸、测试工具和测试管柱强度等方面进行了深水测试管柱设计。建立了管柱轴向载荷计算模型及变形量计算模型,应用Abaqus软件对测试管柱进行了非线性分析,依据分析结果对深水测试管柱进行了优化设计。同时以南海某井为例对所建的力学模型进行了应用。分析结果表明:在深水测试环境下,管柱可能的危险截面一般处于三向复杂应力状态,仅作单向强度分析是不够的,必须进行三轴应力强度校核。所得结论可为南海多口深水井测试管柱设计和力学分析提供参考。To attain the stress variation law of the pipe string during the deep water oil and gas wells testing, based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the testing string, the deep water well testing string has been designed from the aspects of material, size, test tools and string strength. The calculation models for the string axial load and the deformation have been established. The Abaqus software has been used to conductnon line-ar analysis on the testing string, based on which the deep water well testing string has been optimized. The me-chanical model has been applied in a well in South China Sea. The results show that, in the deep water test envi-ronment ,the potential hazard cross-section of the pipe string is usually in three-direction complex stress state, which presents that the unidirectional strength analysis is not enough and the triaxial stress checking is necessary. The conclusions could provide references for the design and mechanics analysis of the testing string in the deep wa-ter well in South China Sea.
