摘 要:河南油田非常规页岩油气资源储量丰富,对水平井多级分段压裂技术需求迫切。为此,研制了快钻电缆桥塞。该桥塞主要由丢手机构、密封机构、锚定机构和防转机构组成,桥塞通过金属卡瓦牙实现可靠锚定,通过采用复合材料制作的卡瓦主体,减少了金属用量,提高了可钻性。对桥塞的复合材料进行了力学性能试验、易钻性试验和化学稳定性试验,同时对研制的桥塞进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:该桥塞在水平井能够可靠下入,桥塞坐封、丢手、锚定和密封均可靠,能够被快速钻除,满足非常规油气资源的开发要求。快钻电缆桥塞的研制成功促进了国内分段压裂技术在非常规油气资源开发中的应用。Unconventional shale oil and gas reserves are abundant in Henan oilfield, thus present urgent de-mand for horizontal well multistage fracturing technology. In view of this, a fast drill cable bridge plug has been developed. The bridge plug is mainly composed of release mechanism, sealing mechanism, anchoring mechanism and anti-rotation mechanism. The bridge plug could be reliably anchored by metal slip dead. The slip body is made of composite material, thus reducing the metal and improving the slip drillability. Mechanics performance test, drillability test and chemical stability test have been conducted on the bridge plug composite material. Field test was also conducted on the bridge plug. The test results show that the bridge plug can be reliably run in the horizon-tal well with reliable setting, releasing, anchoring and sealing, and could be quickly drilled, meeting the devel-opment requirements of unconventional oil and gas resources. The conclusions could provide references for the de-velopment and application of multistage fracturing technology.
