摘  要:针对变电站内二次设备清扫难的问题,对BU-666绝缘液带电清洗二次设备表面污秽技术的效果进行了试验研究,通过偏光显微镜下的微观角度记录各个设备的清洗结果,分别测量它们的表面电阻,并绘制相应的清洗效果数值图和效率数值图,发现装置板件和继电器清洗效果最好。结合清洗实时漏电流数据,计算清洗过程中二次回路各个设备的对地绝缘电阻。试验及现场应用结果表明:BU-666绝缘液带电清洗二次设备污秽技术效果显著,带电清洗过程不影响二次设备的正常运行。In view of the difficulty of secondary equipment cleaning in substations,the effect of live contami-nation cleaning on secondary equipment surface by using BU-666 insulating liquid is tested and investigated. By records of cleaning result of the equipment through micro perspective under polarizing microscope,surface resistances of the equipment are measured,and the cleaning effect and efficiency are charted. It is found that the plates and relays are best cleaned. Based on the real-time leakage current data,ground insulation resis-tance of secondary circuit equipment in the cleaning process is calculated. The test and field application show that live contamination cleaning of secondary equipment with BU-666 insulating liquid is effective and has no effect on the operation of secondary equipment.
