摘　　要：由于直流系统运行管理不规范,经常造成变电所直流设备出现各种故障。通过对长超运维站所辖变电所的直流改造项目进行了梳理,分析了直流改造后在直流管理上存在的问题、危害及造成问题的原因,结合生产实际编制了直流改造验收卡,规范了验收项目,同时编制了规范化、标准化的直流系统配置图表,优化直流系统的运行管理,消除了直流系统运行和管理上的隐患。As the DC system operation and management are not standardized,a variety of equipment failures of DC system frequently happen in substation. In this paper,the DC transformation projects of substation un-der the Changchao operation station are summarized,and the problems,hazards and causes existing in DC system management after DC system transformation are analyzed. The DC transformation project acceptance card is put forward according to the production practice to standardize the acceptance of projects; besides, a standardized and normalized DC system configuration chart is proposed at the same time to optimize the man-agement of the DC system and eliminate hidden dangers in DC system operation and management.
