摘 要:因新厂房的基础建设需要对原厂房残留基础进行快速拆除。针对电厂残留钢筋混凝土基础体积大、环境复杂、工期紧等因素,采用大孔径钻孔爆破法进行施工,在保证周围重要保护目标安全的基础上,混凝土基础爆破拆除达到了预期效果。对周边220kV升压站及运行的30万W机组进行爆破振动测试,监测结果符合爆破振动安全允许的最大值。同时对测试信号进行小波分析,得到了测试信号的主振频率,可以用来指导爆破参数的调整,从而避免与建筑物的固有频率相近而发生共振效应。Due to the new plant infrastructure, the original plant residue base needs rapid removal.According to the factors such as large base volume, complicated environment and tight dead time of the existing reinforced concrete foundation, the large diameter drilling and blasting method was used to ensure the safety of the surrounding important protection targets.The blasting demolition of the concrete foundation achieved expected effect.On the basis of the surrounding 220 kV booster station and the 300 kW running generator sets, the blasting vibration test was carried out and the measured results were in accordance with the standard.The wavelet signals
