摘　　要：回顾现有研究成果,对产业集群中不同创新方式进行对比研究,基于产业集群开放式创新与核裂变反应的相似性构建产业集群连锁裂变式创新模型,对产业集群内领先企业,特别是其中的高新技术企业与落后企业的创新机理进行分析和解读,指出了保障产业集群连锁裂变式创新顺利实现的技术手段与政策措施。This paper reviews existing research,compares different types of innovation on the background of industry cluster,constructs the model of fission innovation in view of the metaphor between open innovation process inside industry cluster and characteristics of nuclear fission reaction,describes and analyzes the innovation mechanisms of leading company especially high-tech enterprise and following company.This paper also offers technical and policy measures to ensure the smooth implementation of chain fission innovation.
