摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法在不同温度下制备了YPO_4∶Re(Re=Eu,Gd)荧光粉;通过X射线粉末衍射分析显示合成的荧光粉为四方磷钇矿结构;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了荧光粉的形貌,晶粒大小在0.2~0.4um之间,XRPD和SEM结果表明,YPO_4∶Re(Re=Eu,Gd)的最佳烧结温度为1000℃;荧光光谱测试显示样品有3个主要发射峰,最强峰出现在595nm处。YPO 4 : Re(Re= Eu, G d ) phosphors were synthesized using the chemical copre-cipitation method and sintered at different temperatures. The X-ray power diffraction (XRPD) analysis showed that the phosphors possess the tetragonal xenotime structure.The morphology of the phosphors was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the results showed that the phosphor for uniform size which was 0. 2 - 0 . 4um. T h e statistics of XRPD and SEM showed that the best sintering temperature of YPO 4 : R e ( R e = Eu,Gd) phosphors was 1000℃. The luminescence spectra of YPO 4 : R e ( R e = E u , G d ) shown that there are three main emission peaks and the strongest peak for samples appears at 595nm.
