摘　　要：科学文化系统是有其内在结构的,是分层次的。在不同的系统层次里,经济文化所起的作用是不一样的,经济文化对科学文化的作用必须遵循科学自身发展的规律。当代我国经济文化与科学文化建设存在一系列的冲突,这种冲突具体表现为三个方面:一是经济文化落后对科学文化发展产生的阻滞,二是企业社会责任的缺失对科学创新文化产生的制约,三是科学制度文化对经济文化的不适应性。若要实现科学文化与经济文化的良性互动,一是需要树立科学的经济发展理念,从根本上改革经济增长模式;二是强化企业责任意识,提高自主创新能力;三是经济文化重构应牢牢把握"以人为本"的根本价值取向。The system of scientific culture has its internal structure and is hierarchical. On different levels of this system, the economic culture plays different determining roles. The impact of economic culture on scientific culture should abide by the logic of science development. There exist a series of incompatible conflicts in our economic and cultural construction and scientific construction, which can be generalized into three aspects： the first is the blocking effect of the backward economic culture to the development of scientific culture; the second is the hindering force of the lack of corporate social responsibility on the innovation of culture; and the third is the non-adaptability of the scientific culture to economic culture. In order to realize the positive interaction between scientific culture and economic culture, it is necessary to do the following things： the first is to establish a scientific concept of economic development so as to transform the mode of economic growth; the second is to strengthen corporate responsibility consciousness and improve the ability of independent innovation, and the third is to grasp firmly the people-oriented value in the process of the reconstruction of economic culture.
