上海综合客运枢纽规划的思考

摘　　要：上海综合客运枢纽在上版综合客运规划的指导下已经部分建成,但是面对轨道网络客流快速增长、郊区新城镇的快速建设、长三角一体化发展需求增长等趋势,既有规划枢纽和已经建成枢纽亟待新一轮的规划调整.从近10年综合客运枢纽的发展评价、对上版综合客运枢纽规划进行评估入手,分析新一轮城市总体规划要求下,综合客运枢纽发展的目标、策略,提出适应未来城市综合交通发展格局的综合客运枢纽功能层次体系.Shanghai integrated transit hubs in the last version of integrated transit hubs planning guidancehave been partially completed. But with the rapid passenger growth in the rail network, the rapidconstruction of new towns, the demand growth trend due to the integrated development of the YangtzeRiver Delta, the recent hub construction and hub planning are facing a new round of adjustment. Thispaper evaluated the previous version of the integrated passenger transport hub planning for nearly tenyears, and analyzed operations of integrated transit hubs, new city planning requirements, and thedevelopment of the integrated transit hubs developing objectives. A hierarchic function system for thefuture integrated transit hubs has been proposed.
