摘　　要：知识产权文化是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分,是创新驱动发展的核心软实力。发展知识产权文化是实施国家知识产权战略和建设知识产权强国的需要,是赢得国际竞争的必然选择;知识产权文化承载着强国富民的理想和寄托,因为它具有独特的属性品格与无以替代的价值呈现。从知识产权文化本体切入,知识产权文化具有创新属性、法治属性、跨文化属性、私权属性与利益属性,并体现出引领价值、激励价值、教育价值和社会价值等。Intellectual property culture,as a vital part of socialist cultures with Chinese characteristics,remains the core soft power of innovation-driven progress.The progress of intellectual property culture is required to implement national intellectual property strategy and build the giant in the field,the necessary choice to win international competition.The IP culture carries the ideal and hope for making people richer and country stronger,due to its unique attributes and irreplaceable value.From the perspective of IP culture ontology,the culture possesses the attributes of innovation,rule-of-law,cross-culture,private right and interests,representing its values of guidance,motivation,education and society.
