摘　　要：文章在介绍EXCEL查找与引用函数的功能和语法格式的基础上,重点围绕EXCEL中使用最为普遍的查找与引用函数:VLOOKUP、INDEX和MATCH函数,通过具体实例详解3个函数在日常基础管理工作中的应用,并总结了利用EXCEL查找与引用函数的一般程序,供广大同行工作者参考。On the basic of introducing functions and grammatical representation of lookup and index functions, and focusing on the three most commonly used lookup and index functions in EXCEL： VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, this paper discussed the applications of the three functions in hospital basic management by examples, and offered the reference for the same trade or occupation.
