摘　　要：目的分析在前循环动脉瘤治疗中采用介入栓塞治疗的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法该研究选择该院收治的30例前循环动脉瘤,选取时段为2014年10月—2016年10月期间,所有患者均采用介入栓塞治疗,对介入栓塞治疗的治疗效果(恢复良好率、并发症发生情况)进行评价。结果 30例患者的恢复良好率为83.33%、偏瘫率为6.67%、植物生存率为10.00%,无死亡病例;脑血管痉挛、动脉瘤破裂、脑积水、局灶性神经功能障碍、神经障碍发生率分别为6.67%、16.67%、6.67%、3.33%。结论在前循环动脉瘤治疗中采用介入栓塞治疗效果确切,不但具有理想的治疗效果,同时安全性较高,不存在手术创伤性,住院时间短,在临床治疗中值得大范围应用和推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of interventional embolization treatment of anterior circulation aneurysms. Methods 30 cases of patients with anterior circulation aneurysms admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and all patients adopted the interventional embolization treatment,and the treatment effect(recovery good rate and occurrence of complications) was evaluated. Results Of the 30 cases of patients, the recovery good rate was 83.33% and the hemiplegia rate was 6.67% and plat survival rate was 10.00%, and there were no death cases, and the incidence rate of cerebral vasospasm, aneurysm rupture, hydrocephalus, focal neurological disorders, neurological disorders was respectively 6.67%, 16.67%, 6.67% and 3.33%. Conclusion The effect of interventional embolization treatment of anterior circulation aneurysms is definite with ideal treatment effect, high safety and short length of stay but without operative wound, which is worth great application and promotion in the clinical treatment.
