摘  要:为了研究不同比例籽用南瓜果肉和玉米秸秆混合微贮的效果。本试验采用单因素试验设计,按南瓜和玉米秸秆的比例4∶6、5∶5、6∶4分为3个处理组,混贮料水分含量控制在70%。在微贮的0、5、10、20、30、45、60 d对微贮料的发酵品质进行测定,并在微贮试验结束时(60 d)测定其主要营养成分,筛选品质最佳的混贮比例。结果表明:(1)各处理组微贮料p H均在4.0以下,在微贮60 d,比例为5∶5的试验组p H显著低于其他两组,分别较4∶6和6∶4处理组降低3.28%、0.78%;(2)在微贮末期,比例为5∶5和6∶4处理组的乳酸(LA)含量显著高于4∶6处理组(P<0.05),分别提高10.24%、8.60%,并且其中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)显著低于4∶6处理组(P<0.05),分别较4∶6处理组降低16.23%、17.08%和14.69%、13.22%。综合分析,籽用南瓜与玉米秸秆的混合比例为5∶5时,混贮品质最佳。This experiment was to study the effect of different proportions of seed pumpkin and corn stalk mixture. The single factor experiment design was used,which was divided into 3 treatment groups according to the proportion 4颐6,5颐 5,6颐4 of seed pumpkin and corn stalk.The mixture moisture content was controlled in 70%.In order to screen the best ratio of mixed silage,the fermentation quality of micro storage were determined on 0,5,10,20,30,45,60 d , and the main nutrient components were tested at the end of the micro storage^G d^The results showed as followsrOThe pH in each treatment groups were all less than 4.0, and the pH in 55 proportion group was significantly lower than that of other two groupsfP 〈 0.05),and were decreased by 3.28% and 0.78% respectively compared with the 4颐6 and 6颐4 treatment groups.(2)The lactic acid (LA) content of 5:5 and 4:6 treatment groups were increased by 10.24%,8.60% compared with the 4:6 treat-ment group,and its acid detergent fiber(ADF) and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) were significantly lower than those of 4:6 treatment group at the late stage of micro storage (P 〈 0.05) ,were decreased by 16.23%,17.08% and 14.69%,13.22%.In the comprehensive analysis, the quality of the mixture was the best when the mixing ratio of the seed pumpkin and the corn stalk was 5:5.
