β-1,3/1,6葡聚糖对海东鸡种鸡生产性能、肠道形态学和组织学的研究

摘　　要：为研究β-1,3/1,6葡聚糖对海东鸡种鸡生产性能、肠道形态学和组织学的影响,本试验选取220只海东鸡种鸡(公母比例1∶10)随机分为5组,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%β-1,3/1,6葡聚糖,试验4组添加0.02%泰乐菌素作阳性对照,试验5组不添加β-1,3/1,6葡聚糖和泰乐菌素作为阴性对照。试验结果表明:日粮中添加β-1,3/1,6葡聚糖后成年鸡的生产性能有明显的提高,其中1%β-1,3/1,6葡聚糖组蛋鸡的产蛋数、产蛋重、种蛋受精率和受精蛋孵化率明显提高,耗料量和料蛋比显著降低;添加1%和2%β-1,3/1,6葡聚糖组肠壁厚度、肌层厚度、绒毛长度、隐窝深度显著改善。This study is focused on the effect of β-1,3 /1,6 glucanan on the production performance, intestinal mor-phology and histology change in Haidong breeding laying hens.A total of 2 2 0 laying hens were randomly divided into 5 groups.The first group,second group and third group were added 0 . 5 %,1 . 0 % and 2 . 0 % β-1,3/1,6 glucan respectively, the fourth group with 0.02% tylosin as positive control and fifth group without β-1,3/1,6 glucan and tylosin as negative con- trol.The results showed that the production performance was significantly improved with 1 % β-1,3/1,6 glucan in the diet of Haidong laying hens.The number of eggs, the egg weight, the egg fertilization rate and the hatchability of fertilized egg were increased and the feed intake and the feed conversion ratio were decreased with 1 % β-1,3/1,6 glucan in Haidong- breeding laying hens diet.The thickness of intestine wall and muscle layer, the length of villi, the crypt depth of duode- num,jejunum and ileum were increased with 1% and 2% β- 1 ,3 /1,6 glucan in Haidongbreeding laying hens diet,which improved the ability of digestion and absorption in small intestine.
