京津冀地区档案服务一体化网络平台建设探究

摘　　要：在京津冀协同发展上升为重大国家战略后,京津冀地区在多方面进行项目合作,基础设施的一体化也在不断推进。在京津冀协同发展过程中,政府、企事业单位、公众对档案"一体化"查询与利用的需求也日益凸显。从京津冀地区档案服务一体化网络建设的背景出发,分析其历史及现实条件,从4个方面提出对该档案服务一体化网络构建的设想。After the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei upgraded to a major national strategy, many coop-eration projects among the three regions have been carried out. The integration of infrastructure has also been advancing. In the process of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, demands from the government, enterprises and institu-tions and the public for archives integration are growing. This article studies the background of the archives service integra-tion network in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, analyzes its historical and realistic conditions, and puts forward the idea of building an integrated archives service network from four aspects.
