摘　　要：伴随着深水油气田的开发,张力腿平台(Tension Leg Platform)由于其良好的运动性能得到广泛应用。介绍了TLP平台张力筋腱的设计流程,并就其主要分析阐述了计算方法,对设计关键点也进行了说明,对未来工程的设计与建设具有一定的参考意义。With the development of deep water oil and gas industry,Tension Leg Platforms（TLPs） are widely used due to their best performance. This paper mainly focuses on TLP tendon design process. It also introduces design procedure of ten-don analysis and describes the key point of each analysis. This is useful to TLP tendon design.
