摘　　要：介绍了建筑工程预算编制的主要环节,分析了影响预算编制的因素,从工程材料价差、工程量计算、审核机制等方面,阐述了建筑工程预算编制全过程控制要点,使工程预算编制更具准确性。This paper introduced the main links of building engineering budget preparation, analyzed the factors influence of the budget prepara-tion ,from the engineering material price difference, engineering quantity calculation, audit mechanism and other aspects, elaborated the whole process control key points of building engineering budget preparation, made the engineering budget preparation more accuracy.
