外循环水温度对柴油机排放污染物的影响研究

摘　　要：对标定转速1800r/min、标定功率600k W的某型电控船用发电柴油机进行ECU数据标定,测量在小负荷工况下的污染物排放量。试验结果表明,外循环水温度的波动会引起排放污染物测量值的波动。柴油机外循环水温度在20℃到40℃之间波动,CO、THC和NOx的排放波动分别达到70.0%、71.4%和100.0%。因此,在测试台架上进行船用发电柴油机排放的测量时,需要控制外循环水温度。The rated power and speed of testing engine are respectively 600kW and 1800r/min. Calibrate the data of ECU to measure engine＇s emissions with small load. Results of the test indicate that engine＇s emissions fluctuate according to the temperature of external circulating water. The CO, THC and NOx fluctuate 70.0%, 71.4% and 100.0% respectively while the temperature of external circulating water increase from 20℃ to 40℃.Therefore, it＇s need to control the circulating water temperature when test the marine electricity - generating diesel engine emissions.
