摘 要:为有效解决高爆发压力、高升功率内燃机湿式气缸套穴蚀、拉缸等失效,本文研究了一种高性能球墨铸铁气缸套并通过抛光挤压的方式将纳米级PbS渗透到磷化之后的该类型气缸套内孔表面,形成一层含有纳米PbS的表面合金化层的新型高性能表面合金化缸套;该类型气缸套在内燃机工作过程中,在高温高压的作用下使PbS纳米粒子熔化,在气缸套与活塞环摩擦副表面形成了致密的纳米粒子润滑膜,从而使摩擦副表面具有优良的润滑特性,显著降低摩擦、减小摩擦副磨损,经研究试验该新型高性能气缸套的应用显著降低了高爆发压力、高升功率内燃机湿式气缸套拉缸、穴蚀等失效。g In order to solve failures of the high pressure, high power internal combustion engine, such as wet cylinder liner cavitation, cylinder, this paper studied a high performance ductile cast iron cylinder liner, and by means of extrusion and polishing, the nanoscale PbS has been penetrated into cylinder sleeve internal surface after phosphating, forming a new, high performance surface alloying cylinder liner containing nano PbS surface alloying layer. This type of cylinder liner in working process of internal combustion engine, could make PbS nanoparticles melt at high temperature and pressure, forming compact nanoparticle lubricating films on the surface of cylinder liner and piston ring friction pair, which has excellent lubricating properties of friction surface, decreases friction, reduces wear. The study shows that this new type of high performance cylinder liner significantly reduced failures.
