摘 要:针对火电机组破碎装置减震效果差,故障率高等问题,本文利用磁流变液的特性,通过分析计算磁流变减震器阻尼力与其结构参数的关系,以及磁流变减震器制造材质对其磁场分布的影响,提出了一种磁流变减震器阻尼力—电流新模型。并基于该模型提出了一种基于磁流变液的智能磁流变减震器设计新思路。在此基础上,建立了新型智能磁流变减震器的力学模型和智能磁流变减震器在火电机组破碎装置上的应用研究,通过建立智能磁流变减震器在破碎装置上的运动模型及仿真实验研究,研究结果表明,智能磁流变减震器可有效抑制破碎装置工作时的震动。Aiming at poor damping effect and high failure rate of the thernal power unit crushing device, this paper uses the characteristics of magnetorheological fluid, and through analyzing and calculating the relationship between the damping force of magnetorheological fluid shock absorber and structure parameters, and influence of its manufacturing material on the distribution of magnetic field, to put for^-ard a new model of damping force of magnetorheological fluid shock absorber-current. Based on the model, a new design method of intelligent magnetorheological fluid shock absorber based on MRF is proposed. On this basis, the application research of the new mechanical model of intelligent magnetorheological shock absorber in broken equipment of thermal power units has been taken, and the movement model of intelligent magnetorheological fluid shock aborber in the crushing device and the simulation experiments has been established. The results show that the intelligent magnetorheological shock absorber can effectively suppress the shock of a crushing device at work.
