广西地区妇女乳腺癌知识的认知情况及乳腺自检状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解广西地区妇女对乳腺癌基本知识的认知情况和乳腺自检现状,为制定乳腺癌的防治措施提供依据。方法采用统一问卷,对于2015年1—3月952名成年女性进行调查,项目包括基本的人口统计学资料、乳腺癌基本知识的认知情况、乳腺自检情况、乳腺自检的健康教育需求情况。结果调查地区的女性获取乳腺癌基本知识首要的途径是通过看电视了解(43.1%)。对乳腺癌最常见的首发症状为乳房肿块的知晓率为55.8%,对乳腺癌发病的相关危险因素的知晓率在36.9%~48.2%之间。能每月进行一次乳腺自我检查的女性为11.3%。结论广西地区妇女乳腺癌基本知识来源渠道单一,乳腺癌基本知识的认知情况和乳腺自检率较低。应加强乳腺癌知识的宣传教育,推行乳腺自检的方法,引导健康的生活方式,增强妇女的防癌意识。Objective To know the cognitive situation of breast cancer knowledge of women in Guangxi Province and survey of breast self-examination status and provide basis for making the preventive and cure measures of breast cancer. Methods 92 cases of adult females were surveyed by the united questionnaire during January to March 2015, including the basic demography data, cognitive situation of breast cancer basic knowledge, breast self -examination situation and health education demand situation of breast self-examination. Results The primary way of obtaining the breast cancer basic knowledge was TV （43.1%）, and the most common primary symptoms of breast cancer was breast lump, and the awareness rate of it was 55.8%, and the awareness rate of related risk factors of breast cancer was between 36.9% and 48.2%, and 11.3 percent of females had the self-examination of breast once per month. Conclusion The source of breast cancer basic knowledge of women in Guangxi is single, and the awareness rate and breast self-examination of breast cancer basic knowledge are lower, and we should enhance the publicity and education of breast cancer knowledge, promote the breast self-examination method, guide the healthy lifestyle and enhance the cancer prevention awareness.
