摘 要:目的分析导致儿科发生护理纠纷的原因及有效的护理细节管理对策,降低儿科护理纠纷发生率。方法对该院儿科病房2015年1月—2016年12月发生的49起护理纠纷的原因进行分析总结,探讨有效的护理细节管理对策。结果通过观察发现,护理纠纷原因中,护理人员因素有32起(65.31%),患者因素有6起(12.24%),医院环境因素7起(14.29%),社会因素2起(4.08%),其他因素2起(4.08%)。结论护理人员因素(护理技术不佳、态度不佳、缺乏沟通技巧和法律意识)是引发护理纠纷的主要原因,其次患者因素、社会环境因素也会引发护理纠纷,应对儿科护士加强专业技能培训,增强护理人员的责任心,做好家长的安抚工作,做好细节护理,降低护患纠纷事件发生率。Objective To analyze the causes of nursing disputes in the department of pediatrics and effective nursing detail management strategies and reduce the incidence rate of nursing disputes in the department of pediatrics. Methods The causes of 49 cases of nursing disputes in the ward in the department of pediatrics from January 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed and summarized and the effective nursing detail management strategies were discussed. Results The observa-tion showed that there were 32 cases due to nursing staff(65.31%X 6 cases due to patient factor (12.24%), 7 case due to hospital environmental factor (14.29%), 2 cases due to social factor(4.08%) and 2 cases due to other factors(4.08%). Conclusion The nursing staff factor ( bad nursing skill, bad attitude and lack of communication skill and legal sense) is the major cause of nursing disputes, the patient factor and social and environmental factor can also lead to the nursing disputes, and we should enhance the professional skill training of nurses in the department of pediatrics, enhance the sense of re-sponsibility of nursing staff, do a good job in the comfort work of parents and detail nursing and reduce the incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes.
