不同采血环境和场所对团队无偿献血人群献血不良反应发生的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同采血环境和场所对团队无偿献血人群献血不良反应的影响结果。方法将江苏省连云港市红十字中心血站2015年度于流动采血车进行团队献血采集人群的献血不良反应发生情况作为对照组,将2016年度选择空旷的适合于集体采血的房间进行的团队献血采集人群的献血不良反应发生情况作为观察组,对两组献血不良反应发生诱因中不同采血环境和场所因素进行回顾性对比分析。结果观察组团队献血人群的献血不良反应率明显高于观察组;献血不良反应诱因分析中,对照组因环境和场所导致心理紧张和情绪紊乱、体位不适、连锁反应而诱发献血不良反应人员人数明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择空旷、开阔、空气流通的采血房间进行团队献血人群集体采集,可明显降低献血不良反应的发生,提高无偿献血人群献血积极性,提高无偿献血服务质量,稳定和壮大无偿献血者队伍。Objective To discuss the effect of different blood collection environments and places on the occurrence of ad-verse reactions of blood donation of team voluntary blood donors. Methods The occurrence of blood donation adverse reac-tions of team blood donors in the flow blood donation in the red cross central blood station in 2015 was selected as the con-trol group, and the occurrence of blood donation adverse reactions of team blood donors in the empty collective blood dona-tion room in 2016 was selected as the observation group, and the different blood donation environment and places of the two groups were retrospectively compared and analyzed. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was obviously higher than that in the observation group, and the staff number of blood donation adverse reactions such as mental tension and emotional disorder caused by the environment and place, body position discomfort and chain reactions in the control group was obviously higher than that in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The collective collection of team blood donors in the empty, open and air flow blood collection room can obviously reduce the occurrence of blood donation adverse reactions, improve the enthusiasm of voluntary blood donors, improve the voluntary blood donation service quality and stabilize and strength the voluntary blood donors team.
