H型肋片省煤器在锅炉中的应用

摘　　要：某电厂锅炉由于运行时间较长,省煤器为膜式省煤器,磨损严重频繁漏泄,造成较大经济损失,针对这种状况,结合该厂现在机组频繁启停机调峰的实际情况,省煤器现状已经造成烟气流通面积减少,烟气流速增高,管壁的磨损加快,送、引风机单耗提高,降低省煤器的使用寿命,不能保证机组安全稳定运行。需进行改造,经考察决定采用H型肋片鳍片省煤器作为锅炉省煤器选型设备。经过改型有效避免省煤器漏泄等不良事故隐患,带来较大经济效益。Due to the long running time of a power plant boiler, the economizer is a membrane type economizer,and serious wear and tear and frequent leakage result in a large economic loss.In view of this situation,based on the actual situation of the peak of the unit’the status quo of the economizer has caused the flue gas circulation area decreased’the flue gas flow rate in- creased,the wall of the wear and tear sped up,the improved consumption of delivery and induced fan unit and reduction of the life of the economizer,which can not guarantee the safe and stable operation of the unit.It needs to be modified,and the study decides to use H-fin fin finder as a boiler economizer selection equipmentAfter the modification, it can effectively avoid the leakage of coal accidents and other hidden accidents, bringing greater economic benefits.
