摘　　要：文章通过对社会保障中的新型农村合作医疗制度进行研究分析,了解新型农村合作医疗发展过程、内容特点及现状,对其在资源配置、制度设置与运行、农民对制度的疑虑等方面存在的挑战进行探讨,同时对资源配置、制度完善、消除农民疑虑方面的变革提出相对应的解决意见。This paper analyzes the new rural cooperative medical system,analyzes the development process,content charac-teristics and current situation of the new rural cooperative medical system through the research and analysis of the new rural co-operative medical system in social security,and its existence in resource allocation, system setting and operation, farmers＇ doubts about the system.And then puts forward corresponding solutions to the allocation of resources, improvent of the system,and elimi-nation of the concerns of farmers.
