节水灌溉工程运行管理技术现状分析与对策

摘　　要：为了彻底解决水资源严重缺乏的问题,为此水利部门以及其他主管部门大量实施了农田节水灌溉工程,在一定程度上有效解决了水资源缺乏的问题。但是由于在实际施工过程中的管理体系不完善以及部分的农田灌溉工程的使用达不到预计效果,大大降低了工程的效益,缩短了使用时间,实施的工程并不能达到设计的标准。现根据我国目前的节水灌溉工程运行管理技术现状,并分析管理技术在实际实施中的主要问题,提出相应的建议和意见。In order to solve the serious lack of water resources, the water conservancy department and other departments have implemented the project of water-saving irrigation,which to a certain extent can effectively solve the problem of lack of water resources.But due to the the imperfect management system and unexpected results of parts of irrigation projects in the actual con-struction process’the benefit of the project has been greatly reduced’the using time is shortenediand the implementation of the project does not meet the design standards.According to the present situation of water saving irrigation project management tech-nology in our country, this paper analyzes the main problems in the practical implementation of management technology,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and opinions
