摘  要:根据新型双电源转换开关独特的结构特点,分析了电磁机构的反力特性,确定了结构参数,建立了电磁机构静态模型。对电磁机构的吸力、电感和磁链等性能参数进行了深入的静态分析,并进行了电磁机构吸力特性试验验证。通过正交试验和贡献率分析确定了影响电磁机构动作的关键因素,并分配了公差,为减小由于结构参数波动引起的电磁吸力不稳定的影响和提高电磁机构的可靠性提供参考,极大地减少了容差设计的工作量。Based on the unique structure of automatic transfer switching equipment ( ATSE) , the reaction forcecharacteristics of electromagnetic mechanism were analyzed. The structure parameters were determined.The simulation models of the static characteristics were established. The attractive force, inductance and magneticflux were deeply analyzed. The static attractive force test was carried out. The tolerance regions of key factorswhich affect the performance of electromagnetic mechanism were conducted by use of the orthogonal experiment andcontribution rate analysis. The results provide reference for the reduction of instability due to structuraldynamic variation and the improvement of reliability. The method can significantly alleviate the workload of tolerancedesign.
