摘 要:以中国水仙为材料,采用水培方法,研究了镉胁迫对水仙生长和镉累积特性的影响。结果表明:随着镉处理浓度的增加,水仙鳞茎和根系生物量显著降低,镉处理对叶片生长没有显著影响;镉对叶片叶绿素含量影响不显著,当镉处理浓度达到2 mg·L^(-1)时,叶片叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量达到最高;水仙各器官镉累积能力较高,随着镉处理浓度的增加,各器官镉含量也在增加,当镉处理浓度达到8 mg·L^(-1)时,根、鳞茎和叶片中镉含量分别为211.028 mg·kg^(-1)、217.695 mg·kg^(-1)和2397.200 mg·kg^(-1)。The effects of cadmium ( Cd) with different concentration (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8 mg L - 1 ) on growth and Cd concentration in organs of daffodil were stedied by hydroponic culture method in order to providing theoretical reference and foundation for daffodil cultivation and the screening of phytoremediation of heavy metal. The results showed that the concentration of Cd in organs increased as the concentration of cadmium treatment does ; as the concentration of cadmium treatment increased,the biomass of bulbs and roots decreased,but leaf did not be affected by cadmium; the content of did not significantly decreased by cadmium treatment.
